My real estate perspective is shaped by deep roots in two dynamic communities: Austin, Texas, where I grew up and have been actively involved for more than 20 years, and North County San Diego, where my family and I have spent significant time in the Del Mar and La Jolla markets. With a background in real estate development, investment, and property management, I bring a practical, creative, and highly personalized approach to every client relationship. Alongside my husband and business partner, I have bought, sold, and leased multi-million-dollar homes in Colorado, California, and Texas. This firsthand experience gives me an understanding of the many considerations involved in residential real estate—from primary residences and second homes to investment and rental properties.
In North County San Diego, I have worked on speculative projects, managed rentals, and developed a strong understanding of the coastal market, particularly in Del Mar and La Jolla. As the owner and manager of my own vacation rental, I appreciate both the operational and lifestyle sides of owning property in a desirable beach community. My familiarity with rental potential, neighborhood dynamics, coastal zoning considerations, and city codes helps clients recognize not only what a property is today, but what it could become.
My husband and I also understand Austin’s entrepreneurial and business landscape firsthand. In 2014, we built and completed the finish-out of the Pond Hockey Club, where I helped market youth and adult programming. Combined with my building and remodeling experience, this work has refined my eye for design, value, and potential—an advantage for clients evaluating renovations, new construction, or investment opportunities.
Beyond real estate, I am committed to giving back to both the Austin and North County communities through philanthropy, event chairing, fundraising, and nonprofit consulting focused on organizational structure. My husband and I are parents of three young-adult children. Outside of work, I coach and play volleyball, mountain bike, ski, surf, and embrace the outdoor lifestyles that make both Austin and Del Mar such exceptional places to live.
