Avery Building Company
Avery Building Company is an Austin-based design-build company creating homes with a refined point of view, lasting craftsmanship, and a deep respect for how people live. Led by Alan and Veronica Avery, each home is developed, designed, and built with intention, blending strong construction, livable floor plans, curated materials, and a warm, timeless design sensibility. Unlike a traditional custom builder, Avery Building Company does not take on client builds. Our homes are created under our own design-build direction, allowing every project to feel considered, cohesive, and true to the Avery standard. From the first architectural concept to the final finish selection, our process is rooted in thoughtful planning, quality construction, and a clear vision for how a home should live, feel, and age over time.

Alan Avery leads the construction side of Avery Building Company, bringing more than 30 years of hands-on building experience to each project.
His work is grounded in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how a home should be built from the inside out. With decades of experience in construction, Alan oversees the execution of each Avery home with a focus on quality, structure, function, and lasting value.
His steady leadership, construction knowledge, and commitment to doing things the right way ensure that every residence is not only beautiful, but carefully and thoughtfully built.
Veronica Avery
Principal Designer | Creative Director
